Funds from Kilkenny Lions radio auctions en route to those who need them most

Be kind to all you meet, you’ve no idea what struggles they’re facing.

That’s the advice from one of the recipients of funds from the Kilkenny Lions radio auctions.

Monies were handed out at St Canice’s Cathedral last night to six organisations who in turn will get the cash to those who need it most.

Present were representatives of Kilkenny Social Services’ Meals on Wheels, St Vincent de Paul, Barnardos, Amber, the Good Shepherd Centre and the Church of Ireland.
