A man has been arrested for targeting old people in their homes – to con them out of cash or to steal from them.
130 Gardaí carried out 47 arrests in total this week as part of Operation Storm.
Crime Prevention Officer Peter McConnon told KCLR news they’ve been after this particular individual for a long time now.
He is suspected of conning several pensioners in the Kilkenny and Thomastown areas.
