Gardaí appeal for witnesses after a robbery on Canal Walk in Kilkenny

Gardaí in Kilkenny are looking for your help tracing a group of people following a robbery in Kilkenny last week.

The incident happened in the early hours of Saturday, 28th of May (12:30am) on Canal Walk.

A mans backpack and mobile phone were stolen during the incident.

They are particularly looking to speak to a group of males and a female who were in the area at the time.

Detective Garda Finbar O’Donovan says anyone who was in the Canal Walk area of Kilkenny at the time of the incident should contact them on 056-7775000.
