Green light given for three-storey holiday accommodation building in Kilkenny City

A new three-storey holiday accommodation unit is to be developed in Kilkenny City.

The council has granted permission for the building on Evan’s Lane, just off Parliament Street.

It will consist of five self-contained, one-bedroom studio apartments for short-term letting.

There’ll also be three parking spaces at ground level.

The site adjoins Rothe House.
