Scotland’s former first minister blasted Donald Trump on a visit to Kilkenny at the weekend.
Speaking exclusively to KCLR, Alex Salmond says Trump is “impossible to deal with”.
Mr Salmond enjoyed a day in Gowran Park Races on Saturday when he recalled coming to blows with Donald Trump on the phone over a windfarm that was planned near one of the tycoon’s golf courses in Scotland.
Salmond linked Trump’s candidacy to the famous attack ads used by the US Democrats against a Republican candidate in 1964 which said: “In your guts, you know he’s nuts”.
Mr Salmond says he believes Hillary Clinton will win the US election, and he didn’t mince his words on Trump…
