Hundreds of ESB customers in Carlow hit by lunchtime power outage
It struck just before 1pm
766 ESB customers in Carlow have been hit with a power outage.
It struck just before 1pm affecting those in the wider Green Road area.
The utility company estimates a restoration of normal service by 4:30pm this afternoon.
