Cois Nore Cancer Support Centre will open its new Kilkenny home to the public on Saturday (18th, July).
Between 2 & 4pm that afternoon you’re invited to pop along to the revamped premises just off the Ring Road, on the city side.
Cois Nore House will now host the free supports for people living with cancer as well as their family members which was previously offered at the former home on Walkin Street – the team there say it’s the culmination of several years of work to realise the vision of having a home for their services that will allow the service to grow and to ensure the comfort and dignity of all service users.
Chairperson Bill Cuddihy said ‘It would not have been possible for us to achieve this without the communities of Kilkenny getting behind us. We are delighted to open our doors to the public to call in to see the great work that has been done’.
