Fine Gael’s John Paul Phelan says that he doesn’t think an agreement will ever be reached between his party and Fianna Fail.
The Carlow/Kilkenny Dail Deputy was speaking to KCLR after talks between Micheál Martin and Enda Kenny broke down at the weekend.
The two are set to meet again today, with Irish Water proving a huge sticking point between the two major parties.
