Kilkenny city’s main park closed

Kilkenny city’s main parkland is closed today.

The grounds of Kilkenny Castle are off-bounds due to damage caused by Storm Bram.

The historic building itself however remains open to visitors with guided and self-guided options available – last admission is 4.30pm.
