Kilkenny teenager one of three battling tonight to represent Ireland in Junior Eurovision

A Kilkenny teenager will find out tonight if she’ll be representing Ireland in the Junior Eurovision.

The contest in Madrid, Spain next month sees talent aged between 10 and 14 years from a range of countries compete for the title.

Enya Cox Dempsey from Castlecomer as well as Charlotte Mackey from Kilkenny had made it to the final eight but after the semi-finals Charlotte was eliminated.

Last Monday we revealed how Enya however made it to the final – she with Isla and Lottie will battle it out with songs ‘as gaeilge’ on TG4 tonight (Sunday, 13th Oct).
