The Kilkenny U21 manager believes the county has to bridge the gap to counties like Wexford if they are to be successful at the grade again.

Kilkenny suffered their second defeat in a row to Wexford in Nowlan park last night which means their wait for a provincial title will stretch into a 4th season.
Manager Brian Ryan told KCLR work needs to be done to get to the root of the problem :
