Lucky local travels from Australia to Carlow to collect his €75,000 scratch card winnings

A lucky local has popped home to Carlow from Australia to collect winnings of €75,000.

Four scratch cards had been sent to Tom O’Neill as a birthday gift from family members.

They’d bought the cards at the Mace shop at Borris Service Station at Factory Cross in Borris.
