A young man is dead following what appear’s to have been an accidental shooting in county Carlow last night.
It happened at about 11pm in the Leighlinbridge area.

KCLR News understands the deceased was aged in his early twenties.
Gardaí have confirmed they were called to a firearms incident at a rural location and that the scene is currently held for technical examination.
