Man killed in South Kilkenny crash had been heading back to home in Waterford

The man who died in yesterday’s crash in South Kilkenny had been living in Waterford.

A man in his 40s died in the single-car accident on the M9 between Knocktopher and Mullinavat early yesterday morning while he was on his way back to Waterford.

It’s understood he was a foreign national who had been living in Ireland for some time.
