Today marks the start of Carlow’s annual mental health festival Mensana Fest.
The 2021 programme of events kicked off with KCLR Live broadcasting with the crew this morning from 10am to 12noon. (You’ll be able to listen back to the show here later).
There’s 18 different events planned for the coming days.
