The missing person appeal for Katherine (Kathy) Norris, 67 has been stood down following the discovery of a woman’s body in Co. Kilkenny.
Kathy was last seen on the afternoon of Friday, 7th February, when she was reported missing from her home in Kilkenny city.

Gardaí launched an extensive search and issued a public appeal for information regarding her whereabouts.
Gardaí have thanked the public and the media for their assistance throughout the search and appeal, and further updates will be provided as the investigation continues.
