They beat Naomh Eoin 2-17 to 2-13.
Meanwhile in the junior hurling championship, Erins Own beat Naomh Brid 1-17 to 1-11.
In the Junior C football championship replay, Clonmore overcame Fighting Cocks 2-10 to 1-12.
Sticking with Carlow and the senior hurling championship gets underway this evening.
