New bus service for Kilkenny won’t be on the road in November as planned

The buses required to get a brand new service on the road in Kilkenny have not been delivered yet.

It means that the routes are unlikely to be up and running this month as planned.

The National Transport Authority is awarding the contract to operate the service while Kilkenny county council has been working on installing the bus stops and signage.

Most of that is now complete.
