One local primary school is officially unveiling it’s extension today.
St John’s Primary School in Kilkenny City currently has 215 pupils and today marks the culmination of two year’s work on the premises.

The two-classroom extension now means that the children will no longer be using external prefabs as learning spaces.
Local Junior Minister Ann Phelan will be doing the official honours today.
