No change for dangerous Carlow junction as talks break down

Negotiations between the council and residents to make a dangerous crossroads safer in Carlow have fallen through.

Tobinstown Cross which is on the Hacketstown/Carlow main road also has the Rathvilly/Tullow Road junction and has been the site of many tips and near misses over the years.

Councillor Brian O’Donoghue says they want to move a wall on the Rathvilly side to give drivers a better view.
