Emergency services dealt with a two-car crash on the L1845, also known locally as The Lower Muckalee Road, on the outskirts of Kilkenny city.
The collision occurred before ten this morning, a section of the road was temporarily closed while authorities worked to clear the area.

The road has since re-opened.
KCLR News understands no major injuries have been sustained.
