A Tipperary teenager is set to become the youngest person to hold a protest rally outside Leinster House.
14-year-old Cara Darmody from Ardfinnan, whose two brothers are autistic, has long been highlighting the plight of thousands of children with additional needs who are not getting assessments, services or proper school places.
