A number of homes in the Pollerton area of Carlow are without electricity this morning.
The ESB have apologised for the outage, and they say they are working to restore it as soon as possible.
An estimated 1,340 customers are without power this morning.
It’s expected to be restored before 2 o clock this afternoon.
