One person taken to hospital following crash in south Kilkenny

One person was taken to hospital following a crash in south Kilkenny last evening.

It happened at about 6pm in Mooncoin after a car and motorbike collided.

The motorcyclist, aged in his late teens, was taken to University Hospital Waterford for treatment but it’s understood his injuries are not life threatening.

Gardaí, fire personnel and paramedics attended.
