Patients of Kilkenny Fertility Clinic have told KCLR they were never contacted by the clinic in relation to its closure and don’t know where their charts have gone.
The couple who don’t wish to be identified said they heard about it first in the media.
A voicemail message at the Clinic which closed on January 13th says the facility was closed due to the seriously ill health of owner Dr Martine Millet Johnson. It specifically tells fertility patients to contact Clane Fertility clinic for their notes and follow up.
However it seems thats not the case for all patients as a couple we spoke to say they contacted Clane Fertility Clinic to be told that they weren’t dealing with charts and they were advised to get in touch with solicitor, Michael Lanigan.
