Planning permission granted for 40 new homes in South Kilkenny

Ferrybank’s to get forty new homes.

Planning permission’s been granted by Kilkenny County Council, subject to 24 conditions, to applicant Dunmore Property Development Co Limited for construction at Abbeygate, Rathculiheen.

Most are two-storey, three-bed semi-detached dwellings.
