Relief for Kilkenny city community on confirmation of road safety works

There’s relief for one Kilkenny city community following yesterday’s confirmation that road safety works are to be carried out on the Tullaroan Road.

As outlined by Cllr Maria Dollard, three raised pedestrian crossings will span the route between the Butts Roundabout and Dicksboro GAA Club by the end of the year. While moves are also being made to reduce the speed limit there to 50km/hour.
