There’s huge sadness in Carlow as the death of a well thought of businessman has been announced.
Willie Rath who ran Londis outlets in Carlow town and Castledermot as well as the Teach Dolman bar and restaurant died suddenly on Wednesday.

A husband, father and grandfather, he was a friend to many and a range of tributes are expected.
Funeral details will be confirmed tomorrow.
