From business to sport, Carlow is “batting above average” according to Seán O’Brien.
The Leinster and Ireland rugby player was presented with the Carlow Ambassador Award at last night’s Business Awards 2016.

The other big awards were won by Anthony Dooley for Lifetime Achievement, Darkness into Light for the Spirit of Carlow, Sinéad Marlborough for Employee of the Year and Burnisde Autocyl Tullow for Best Business.
Speaking to KCLR last night, Seán O’Brien says it was an honour to be made an Ambassador and says the awards really show the best of what the county has to offer.
