The Searlait Tywang Memorial Road Run takes place in Kilkenny today.
The Road Run which began at 8 o’clock this morning at Deen Celtic FC in Castlecomer, was set up in 2016 to raise money for Aoibheann’s Pink Tie, the national pediatric cancer charity.

The annual event was set up by Searlait’s Mum to keep her daughters memory alive.
Aoibheann’s Pink Tie Charity provides financial and practical services to oncology children and their families around Ireland.
