It’s decision day for local Glanbia shareholders as they vote on the creating of Glanbia Ireland this evening.
A Special General Meeting has been organised for members to make a final decision on whether or not the 1.5 billion euro joint venture will go ahead.
Glanbia Ireland would incorporate leading brands like Avonmore, GAIN Feeds and Premier Milk.
So far, it’s received widespread support from grassroots members.
Punchestown hosts todays meeting from 12pm.
