KCLR are at Mountain View, Ballyhale for the Smart Villages Training Event – a Kilkenny Leader initiative. The event, themed ‘Food for the Soul’ focused on the role of art and culture in a flourishing village community. The broadcast also recognised Kilkenny Leader Partnership’s funding contribution towards the KCLR Outside Broadcast Unit.
