The stolen pick-up truck that was the subject of a major Garda operation in Kilkenny has been found.
It was discovered abandoned in New Ross this (Tuesday) evening.
Kilkenny Gardaí had issued an appeal for anyone who spotted an 09 Silver Toyota Hilux to contact them.
It had been stolen in the Killenaule area just over the border in Co Tipperary at about 3-30pm.
But it was seen in the Callan Area at about 4.15pm and several units of local Gardaí were dispatched to try and track down the thieves.
No arrests have yet been made but Garda say their investigations are ongoing.
