A survey has revealed some of the most unusual pancake toppings ahead of Pancake Tuesday next week.
Ketchup, curry sauce, garlic butter, and sweet chili sauce were among the strangest choices listed by participants.

The research, commissioned by Lyle’s Golden Syrup, found that while some people are getting creative with their pancake toppings, the majority of pancake lovers still prefer traditional options.
Two-thirds of respondents said they stick with the classic combination of sugar and lemon, while one-third enjoy spreading chocolate on top.
As Pancake Tuesday approaches, it seems that while some are pushing the boundaries of flavor, the timeless classics continue to reign supreme.
