Suspected drugs and replica firearms seized in Co Wicklow

Drugs and two replica firearms have been seized in Co Wicklow.

Gardaí conducting searches under Operation Tara in the Rathnew area discovered €75,000 worth of what’s believed to be cocaine with other items.

A man aged in his thirties was arrested and has since been charged.

He appeared before Bray District Court where he was remanded in custody.

Investigations are ongoing and the suspected drugs will be sent for analysis.
