A teenage girl has been killed and four other people have been injured in a serious crash in County Tipperary.
The two-car collision happened on the R503 at Rearcross before 7 o’clock last evening.

A 15-year-old passenger died following the incident and a post-mortem examination’s due to be carried out.
Three occupants of the same car, another teenage girl with a man and a woman who are both in their twenties, were taken to Limerick University Hospital with the woman who was driving the second vehicle.
It’s understood all have non-life-threatening injuries.
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to come forward, in particular those with footage of any kind.
