The last of The KCLR Daily General Election candidate debates has seen five more Carlow Kilkenny hopefuls set out their stalls.
Five debates across four programmes have been aired in the last fortnight – yesterday’s featured 12 of the 14 Tipperary north contenders while last week we heard from 11 of those seeking to represent our two counties (hear those here and here).
Today sees Jennifer Murnane O’Connor (Fianna Fáil), Seán Ó hArgáin (Labour), Catherine Callaghan (Fine Gael), Áine Gladney Knox (Sinn Féin) and Aontú’s Gary O’Neill.
Eugene McGuinness (Independent) and Liberty Republic’s David Egan both sent apologies as they were unable to take part.
