A new “School of Food” has opened in Thomastown this lunchtime.
The centre will see professional training provided for chefs as part of the Town Of Food project.

Steven Lamb from the world famous River Cottage restaurant and TV series is there to do the honours and has high praise for the project.
He also declared his interest in being part of its future development.
