Thunderstorm warning in place for Carlow and Kilkenny
Wexford, Waterford, Tipperary, Cork and Kerry are also affected
Seven counties have been hit with a thunderstorm warning.
Carlow and Kilkenny as well as Wexford, Waterford, Tipperary, Cork and Kerry are under the Met Éireann notice until midday today (Wednesday).
Both counties have been lashed by early morning rains too so advice is to take care.
