Traders note vast improvement on Kieran Street in past month

Traders in Kieran Street say they’ve noticed a huge difference in the past month.

Back in June KCLR reported how anti-social behaviour was affecting their businesses as groups of young people were congregating in numbers along the pedestrianised street.

But it seems the problems have settled down and business owners say officials from the council and elected members have all been to see them about the issues

Martin Crotty of Crotty’s Coffee house says there’s been a marked improvement.

While Marie Keane of Tiffany says she hopes it will continue that way now.
