Tradespeople and suppliers, are invited to join DIY SOS for Trades Day today at Mooncoin GAA Club, X91 C2FR, as they prepare for an incredible project to build a future-proof home for Aoibhínn O’Hanlon and her family.
This is more than just a construction project — it’s a chance to lend your skills, time, and materials to a cause that will change lives. Along with the DIY SOS team, you’ll be contributing to a transformation that will create a safe, sustainable, and welcoming space for a family in need. Your involvement is vital in making this dream a reality.
On Trades Day, you’ll have the opportunity to meet the full build team, see the designs for the project, and find out how you can be part of this life-changing build. The event will also give you a chance to connect with other tradespeople and suppliers who share your passion for making a difference.

The actual build will take place between Tuesday, 29th April and Thursday, 8th May. The build site will be full of camaraderie, plenty of hot meals, and an experience that will stay with you for a lifetime. It’s a chance to work alongside other talented tradespeople and suppliers, as you help turn a family’s life around in a way that only a community effort like this can.
