Vote will take place this evening in Bagenalstown Credit Union on proposed merger with St Canice’s

A vote will take place today on whether or not to merge Bagenalstown Credit Union with St Canice’s.

It’s a proposal that has divided opinion among Bagenalstown’s members – earlier this month so many of them turned up to a meeting about it that the gathering had to be called off.

Their AGM is set to take place this evening where a vote will be taken by private ballot.
