“We’re now good for six months which gives us a huge cushion” says PRO of St Clare’s Hospitality Kitchen in Carlow

St Clare’s Hospitality Kitchen has been thrown a lifeline due to the support of people in Carlow and Laois.

Last month those who set up and run the facility, which serves daily hot meals to those most in need of them, announced they might close within eight weeks due to increased demand and limited resources.
