Gardai have confirmed that a woman has died following an accident on main street in Graiguenamanagh this morning.

The woman in her seventies was struck by a 4 by 4 vehicle at around 10 am this morning.
Her body has been removed to Waterford Regional Hospital where a full Post Mortem will take place.
The road is closed both ways as à forensic collision examination takes place. Local diversions are in place.
