100 premises in County Carlow village hit by latest boil water notice

Ballinkillen’s the latest local area to fall under a boil water notice.

The HSE’s issued the guidance to those on the public water supply in the village and its surrounds with about 100 premises understood to be impacted.

It’s a precautionary measure following the detection of of E.coli in a regulatory sample.
