1,500 people pre-register for retirement of one of the greatest performing horses from the Carlow and Kilkenny area

1,500 people have pre-registered for a retirement sendoff for Hewick.

The legendary multi-race winning horse is bowing out of the sport with a special gathering organised for tomorrow (Saturday, 15th August).

Hewick’s trainer, Carlow based Kilkenny man John ‘Shark’ Hanlon has been telling The KCLR Daily about it;
