19 young Carlow musicians making way to Cork today for ‘Brass-off’!

19 young musicians from Carlow’s Music Generation will travel to Cork City today to take part in “Brass-Off”

The three day musical jamboree runs until Wednesday at Cork Institute of Technology’s ‘School of Music’.

The students from Carlow Vocational School will join 75 other students from Mayo and Cork to showcase their skill on brass and woodwind instruments.

Music Generation Carlow provides students aged 10 to 18 with professional musical training on a wide range of instruments.
