Jim Ryan is the latest candidate to annoucve that he will contest the general election in Tipperary North / North West Kilkenny constituency.
The 51 year old will run as an Independent.
He told KCLR News “I have the political experience needed to become a TD having served as a Councillor now for over 25 years”.
“I want to bring a sense of Decency, Respect and Accountability back to the role of a TD and if elected I will be a voice for everyone”.
“There are certainly a huge amount of challenges and problems facing us as a country and in my opinion we need a new, fresh, strong, sensible and honest approach to the way Ireland is run”.
“I am offering an alternative strong Independent choice for the voters of Tipperary North / Northwest Kilkenny. Someone who will listen instead of imposing. As a parent of young teenagers I am someone who appreciates the problems facing young people, families and society as a whole”.
