Today’s Allsop space Auction in Dublin will see 174 properties going under the hammer.
Seven of those are local – six in Carlow and one in Kilkenny.

A mixed use mid-terrace building near the Bridge in Thomastown is going for 55-thousand euro.
There’s properties going in the Tullow and Deerpark Business Parks in Carlow for 20- and 60-thousand respectively.
There’s also three houses in the Laurels on the Tullow Road in Carlow going for 30-thousand apiece.
And the stand-out lot is the Retail unit on Tullow Street – Paddy Powers hold the lease – and it’s going for between 525-and 575 thousand Euro.
The auction gets underway in the RDS at 9am.
