Drugs seized during 6 separate raids in Carlow, Kildare and Dublin

Gardaí have seized drugs in a total of six raids carried out in Carlow, Kildare and Dublin yesterday.

a 31-year-old man was arrested and detained under section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.

The searches were conducted as part of Operation Thor – targeting organised crime gangs in the Dublin area.

Six raids were carried out in Carlow, Kildare and and Dublin – and small quantities of illegal drugs were seized in all 6 raids.

It brings the number of people detained this week under Operation Thor to 36.
